This timber piled and clad bach stakes it’s claim among new and established holiday homes in its seaside community. Sited at the edge of a reserve, the grassy expanse with the sea and cliffs beyond form a visual extension to the living room and generous deck. The wedge shaped forms hunker the bach down to the site, while the roof and wall extend over the deck, providing some shelter to the prevailing sea-breeze.
